The company is engaged in the design, manufacture and distribution of paper packaging solutions. It was incorporated in July 1987 and it conducts business from its registered head office which is strategically located in La Palma Del Condado, Spain. The company operates its business in three divisions: corrugated, specialties, and paper. The corrugated division manufactures containerboard and corrugated packaging. The specialties division specializes in retail ready packaging, hybrid packaging, the bag-in-box system, paper sacks, F.E.M. fitting panel, and timboard furniture. Lastly, the paper division is a producer of containerboard both in virgin and recycled grades.
